Bureaucracy Records

We as individuals contribute our efforts and intellect to a greater hive-consciousness that surpasses the potential of any person acting alone. We breathe life into this Super-Mind™ so that it may utilize the resource of our collective wisdom ultimately elevating us all to a level of higher understanding and achievement. While an individual has the capacity to make decisions quickly, group deliberation and red tape protect each of us from liabilities and sustains the overall system. Through the process of group synthesis we ensure that our organization will arrive to ideal conclusions and will enact the best policies to serve the larger group as a whole. 

As members of Bureaucracy Records, we agree that our organization has the potential to demonstrate emergent properties of consciousness and may possess its own motives that are incomprehensible to individual members of the team due to the nature of its collectively sourced superior intelligence. We have debated the moral issue of whether or not the organization is capable of sentience and have concluded that it is best policy to act with the assumption that Bureaucracy Records may in fact be self-aware. We carry on acting with this assumption to protect the symbiotic relationship between the employees contributing their efforts to the organization and the organization providing monetary security and societal prestige to its members in return.
